Presidio Park is a pet friendly community with a maximum of two pets per household. Pet rent is $50.00 monthly with a pet deposit of $500.00. For cats, there is an additional $250.00 deposit required.

Parking at Presidio Park is a breeze! Each unit is allocated one carport space, and there is additional uncovered overflow parking on a first come first serve basis.
